Uniforce Engineers offer Titanium Immersion Heating and Cooling Coils in a variety of configurations. Standard designs include Grid, Serpentine, Helical and "U" coils. All coil designs are also available in Zirconium, Niobium, Tantalum and Stainless Steel.

Uniforce standard Titanium Immersion Coils are built from 1" OD tubing, provided with 3/4"-2" nipples or SS lose flanges with stub ends. Standard coils are mounted in the horizontal and vertical positions and bottom mounting is available upon request. All coils are provided with a support brace between the Inlet and Outlet to ensure stability of the coil. All style coils are equipped for either water or steam. Grid coils are all made with square tube vertical manifolds. All coils are pressure tested at 150 psi, 100% inert gas purged welding to ensure the highest integrity welds possible.
